The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. "a leak It went very well ,they were very good at their craft and did a great job. My house looks like a newly constructed home. I did however have a problem with a leak that developed after the job was complete,in a joint in the roof . I never had a leak before and know that whatever was done during construction that joint in my roof was disturbed and allowed water to come into my home.
  After several attempts to seal the leak ,king quality was successful at stopping the water from entering at that joint in the roof.
    It took over a year to finally stop and fix the problem. Dimitri, who is the forman finally helped complete the process.

"Very Well! Put deposit down about 3 weeks ago- windows installed yesterday. Window installation- workers were punctual ( a bit early but would have waited if necessary!) and answered all my questions- they were very nice. Four workers- which meant that the house was not drafty for long ( cold weather!) and the removal and installation of windows took about 3 hours ( note: amount of time window holes did not have windows on them was much, much less but did not time it -maybe 10- 20 ? minutes per window is just a guess). The men caulked and did a real cleanup. I was not stressed at all during installation- went smoothly. Windows came with half screen each- which is moveable."
