"Lilco was a great company to work with! They are easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions and concerns. They are reliable and trustworthy. My kitchen and bathroom came out better than I could have imagined. I couldn’t be happier and hope to be able to remodel my other bathroom in the near future."

"Kevin exceeded our expectations. He and his crew did a great job. Kevin listened to all our requests and concerns and made sure everything was done properly. Ours was a major project expanding our kitchen into the garage. New walls floors electric and plumbing. Kevin took care of everything. Kevin always responded to our calls and was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Kevin and plan on using him on other projects in the future."

"They worked very hard and the results were beautiful. They have a lot of talent. The plaster ceiling, which is difficult to work with because it is 12' high, and the walls in that same room were in awful shape and required gallons and gallons of plaster. The tin ceiling needed special care to avoid scratching when scraping off the old paint, and the plaster crown moldings around the ceilings were also difficult because they had curvy edges. Anton and crew did a wonderful job. I would hire them again."

"Dave had great suggestions how to refinish our deck. The crew was polite, efficient and conscientious. They demonstrated care and attention to every detail of the project. And they were fun! The deck looks fabulous! We will reach out to Dave for future renovation projects."

"Inson is an excellent person to work with. He puts in the time to make sure that he understands what you want and then is able to translate that into incredible design work. Every single person who has entered our apartment post-reno has commented on how amazing it looks. We were very lucky to find him and benefit from his expertise as well as the great contractor and team of builders he works with. Also, when he says he comes in on time and on budget, he means it - we had a very tight window for renovation and everything was finished on time as promised. Highly recommend."

"Cleaned up some drainage issues graded yard out nicely"
