If I had any concerns (e.g., uneven painting), Chris addressed them without hesitation. Also, when Hurricane Irma knocked a tree onto my roof, Chris, to ensure that my claim was fairly handled, met with the insurance representative and pointed out all the possible damage. Plus, when I needed Chris to send a Notice of Completion so that the insurance company would send the balance of the claim, he did so immediately. When I replace the carpet with wood floors and redo the kitchen in the next few years, I will have Norman Restorations do the work."

"Ken is very punctual, quick to respond, and flexible with my hectic work schedule. The price was super reasonable and he did a great job and did it quickly too. He made sure everything was level and didn’t leave a mess behind. The surround was installed perfectly. But the caulking wasn’t as perfect as I would like it to be, and he missed a small area. But I am sure if I told him, he would come back to do it in a heartbeat. I just figure it’s something I can do myself so no biggie. I would definitely hire him again in the future for some other stuff I need done around the house once I save up some more money... like fixing my deck! In the meantime, this is my favorite place in my home to look at. The surround just complements the brick on my fireplace so beautifully. I’m happy."
