"I have lived in my home for over 23 years and have used several different Heating and Air companies thru the years... I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. That is when I found American Family HVAC and started to read their reviews.. For some reason, I decided to use this company even tho the cost was a bit more money and boy am I ever happy that I went with my hunch. Sometimes it is NOT always about the money. I was really looking for an A/C furnace company that I could count on and use regularly. Not only was the repair gentleman that came out, on time and very thorough and professional but he spent a long time and I feel that I received the most thorough tune up that I have ever had. Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"I recently had All Temp install a new furnace, AC, media filter, and humidifier. Ted came over to assess my needs and went over different systems with me (Lennox and Daikin). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He helped me find a good system and then went out of his way to work with me on price. The All Temp quote was competitive — it wasn’t the cheapest I received, nor was it the most expensive. Installation was done by Josh and Nolan. I was very impressed with them. They were very conscientious and intentional in their work and made sure that I was happy with the install. I won’t know how good the system is until I live with it for a while, but so far I am very pleased with my All Temp experience."

"Shavitz is always a pleasure to work with. I subscribe to their biannual maintenance plan for AC/Furnace. Shawn was very informative and professional. He explained what he was doing at each step. He made sure my AC units (2 of them) were in good working order and nice and clean (he removed ivy from around one unit, to prevent problems in the future). "The company was recommended by two co workers. They stated they had no complains and loved the service. I sent an inquiry on line Sunday got a call the next day around 7AM. They told me the rates and also that they could service my home with 2 units later on that afternoon. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. Told me how he would set up and how long it would take. He cleaned both top floors and the basement and took several pics along the way. Cleaned up his work area and then explained what he saw. The 2 installers Ben and Christian were very nice and polite. Did an excellent job taking out old pipes and replacing them

with new ones. They even straightened out a kink that was there from the original installation that was done 20yrs ago.

We can feel the difference now.  They cleaned up the mess and now the area looks so much nicer.

Very happy with their work.  Things running smoothly so far.
