"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

"We shopped and quoted independent door companies and the big box stores for an exterior sliding door, fiberglass frame, blinds between the glass and a glass transom above the doors. The doors were pricey and we found it difficult to get answers to questions. I found Infinity Exteriors and made that one more phone call. We met with Zac, who explained all the details. The detail I especially liked was that the new door would be attached to the sheathing using the unit's flange around the frame instead of attaching it to the sides of the studs. It seemed to me a better installation. We signed the contract and gave him our down payment. There were some problems (because sometimes things go wrong) along the way that delayed delivery and installation. The whole process of removing the existing door and installing the new one took, I think, maybe 2-1/2 hours. The crew did an excellent job installing the door and putting up the trim pieces inside and out - the door and screen glide and latch smoothly and the trim pieces are tight at the corners. Because of the transom, the door and installation were pricey and lead time was long - but the end result was beautiful! We got the door we wanted, so yes, it was worth it. I recommend Infinity Exteriors without reservation. Everyone involved handled our order like it mattered to them. They were great!"

"Amazing Job! I interviewed 5 companies because I, have a custom home that we purchased from someone else and after 30 years, it had developed some serious problems. We had water damage to cedar trim around windows and to many of our facia boards. I wanted a solution to the water problems and the siding replaced or repaired. This company was the only one that came up with a complete plan that would revitalize our entire exterior and at a VERY FAIR PRICE. It involved trimming and/or replacing trim board that had rotted, wrapping all of the fascia in custom formed aluminum, installing new gutters, installing new siding on the front of our house, painting the cedar to match existing color (that I provided to them) and REPAIRING siding in two other areas. If you call them, Austin will be out to give you an estimate. He's extremely knowledgeable and he works for Paul. Paul is the company owner and he is on the job site doing the work and overseeing everything, every day. He is a master craftsman when it comes to a home's exterior and it's not just in the part you can see now, it's the care that he's taken that's beneath the siding and aluminum that will ensure a quality job that will last. This is a small company, with a three man crew + Austin who does the estimates. Call them! Not only did they do all this work, they did it for a very fair price. I would not hesitate to call them again for any and all exterior work. I will recommend them to my neighbors and co-workers. I took the time to detail photos because I often rely on user reviews to help inform my decisions when it comes to home repairs and remodeling and hope this review will help others."

"A Breath of Fresh Air! Today homeowners must be very careful when choosing a contractor. For most of us, we are taking a gamble every time we hire someone to work on our homes. This feeling is justified when we hear about friends and neighbors who had bad experiences with contractors and referrals that do not always work out. However, I want you to know that Real Exteriors is a sure bet! From the time I contacted Real Exteriors to the end of my project, I was more than impressed with their professionalism. Joe, the general contractor who worked on my house was more than accommodating and most importantly, he was honest! Before contacting Real Exteriors, I interviewed two other contractors. I wanted to install trim around my two large windows in the front of the house and two smaller windows on both sides. Both contractors gave me a lower price and told me that everything would look fine without removing my 20-year-old siding. I wanted to give my home some “curb appeal” by installing the trim. However, when I interviewed Joe from Real Exteriors, he begged to differ with the other two contractors. Instead, he strongly stated that the trim could not be properly installed without removing the old siding, which was improperly installed over 20 years ago. Not only was it improperly installed, it was dirty and faded. Joe explained the issue of the improper installation in detail. After which, he guaranteed that it would be properly installed this time. Because of his honesty, I hired him. The house is now beautiful! I am so glad I listened to him and glad I invested the extra money because the existing siding had lived out its’ usefulness and was improperly installed. My husband and I were so impressed with the new siding and trim that we asked Joe to replace our gutters as well, also very old, dirty and faded. Now the house has a brand new face, and the curb appeal I was seeking is definitely there! Being honest with us about how to proceed with our project was paramount! Joe listened to me when we met as I explained my vision for my house. After the job was completed, the house looked exactly as I had imagined it! Joe really helped me to understand that spending the extra money would be much more beneficial to the look of my home rather than bypassing necessary work with substandard results. "After convincing ourselves that the Hardie products were our preferred choice for siding materials, we did extensive research and obtained bids from five contractors, most of them preferred contractors as rated by Hardie. Ultimately we settled on Siding and Windows Group largely based on the detailed proposal they provided and the responsiveness of their salesperson in answering the multitude of questions we had. The installation crew were professional, skilled and accommodating to letting us "work in" other projects while they were doing their installation. We also found them most reasonable in their pricing when additional work was needed to repair some underlying wood rot. We would have given them an A rating if it weren't for the internal miscommunication between sales and scheduling that delayed our project by over a month. They weren't the least expensive option we had, but close, and in the end it's about the value received, not just the price....and S&WG delivered in that area."

"We needed a large bay window (original to our 50+ year old home) replaced. We were looking to replace it with a picture window and contacted a few companies for bids, but Berg gave the best quote. Also, John pointed out some potential related work that would result from the change. I had thought of these too, but John was the only one who mentioned it to me up front. Which means we didn't have any surprises during installation and Berg's quote was inclusive. John was easy to work with and always responsive. The two gentlemen who installed the window did a phenomenal job with great attention to detail. Overall a fantastic experience."
