"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"We had a great experience from beginning till the end. We needed 2200 sq ft of wood flooring over some areas of the first and second floor. Mircea estment and free advice made us go with him. They are knowledgeable and accommodating. I like their punctuality since in the morning I have to drop the kids off to school. The house was clean during installation since we had to live there. Half way through staining process my wife wanted to change the stain. They did not get upset and resanded and restrained with a minimum extra charge. We left the house for few days so they can finish sealing the floors. Upon return they even gave us a hand with moving back some large pieces of furniture that we moved away prior the installation. Other companies wanted to just give an estimate by seeing pictures and based on other jobs we've had they were all going to be way under actual cost on materials, let alone labor needed on top. Danny was able to give a good general estimate by the pictures, but then insisted he see in person so he can be as accurate as possible. The amount of leveling needed, as expected, was not conveyed by photo. He explained how he'd tackle the job and estimated timeframe. Lalo, the installer, did a fantastic job and without interruption. He was extremely courteous to us and our house. Super glad we worked with the both of them!"

"If I knew how easy this process was, I would have changed my carpets years ago. I chose American Carpet Distributors due to the positive reviews. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical of how great the reviews were compared to competitors. Estimates from Home Depot and another local carpet store were both slightly/moderately cheaper, but they had some mixed reviews. I don’t have the patience nor the tolerance to deal with any issues. I am so glad I chose American Carpet Distributors. The whole process took a bit over 2 weeks from initial estimate, ordering, and installation. Larry came to my home and showed me samples of various carpets. Was patient as I moved the samples around to different rooms, and different light. Gave guidance based on which ones were better for more traffic, ability to see dust, vacuum lines, etc. Called the manufacturer to get me samples of the 2 colors that I had to decide between, and even left the sample board overnight so that my husband look at my choice. At the day of install, they called prior to arrival. There were 2 installers, both polite, and very careful when moving furniture and hauling the materials through the hallways. It took them a total of 5 hours to move furniture, take out old carpet, lay down padding, and install new carpets. They even cleaned up after themselves. The carpets look beautiful and nice quality."
