I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"Ken came for the initial consultation. He was very helpful. Explained everything and answered all our questions. And asked many times if we had any questions. Rob was the foreman for the work crew. He had us come look at what was being done each step of the way. They put in steel beams with footings under the beams and attached the top to the beams in the ceiling joists. This was to shore up the bowing wall. They also put in drain tiles and a sump pump to get the water away from the house. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I will definitely pass their name on to anyone who needs work done. And we would hire them again!!"

"Great job and pretty quickly completed all things considered. Discovered a leak in the tankless heater late Friday night and technician was out by Saturday early morning. We talked over the details of the repair, looked at replacement models, and he was out and done by Monday at about 3pm - maybe 3:30pm tops. The unit is nice but was not cheap but I didn’t expect it to be. Beyond angry at my self for not doing better maintenance with the previous unit but I’ll do better with this one."
