"Williams Masters received a grade of A from me pretty much overall except for their responsiveness for the following reasons. Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday; on Monday we contacted Williams Masters because we had done work with them in the past. They came and diagnosed the problem; then we decided we wanted to get a couple of estimates and wanted their salesperson to contact us that day because we had lost our air conditioner and it was hot. They said they would not be available until the next day. We found another Carrier who came in and gave us an estimate so after we contacted them later that day and told them we had gotten a second estimate they decided they could come and see us at 5. I wish they had been more responsive initially, that would have been great. After making a decision to go with Williams Masters who carries the Trane. We did that because the salesperson gave us a great education and was honest. I'd already done my background research so, the same with buying a car, I knew what he was telling me was true. In order to reach the efficiency of the air conditioner we selected we would have to change our furnace or we would have to be satisfied with a less efficient air conditioner. They gave us a great price and we were eligible for all rebates. By the time all was said and done we got over $1,000 off the system we selected. As usual they came in, were on time and got the air conditioner to us within a couple of days. Everything was installed and it works great. I am very satisfied overall so their grade is an A."

"as installed in 2010, which is correctThe plumbers did arrive about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the 2 hour window.  I explained the problem.  They asked me to show where the drain went in the basement.  They estimated it was about 55 feet from the kitchen sink that would need to be cleaned.  They said they would perform a whole house plumbing inspection while there.  While one plumber worked on the drain the other checked for natural gas leaks, there were none, and checked the water heater.  They told me the water heater was installed in 2010, which is correct.  He also told me the anode rod needed replacing.  I googled anode rods and found 2 references from plumbing supply companies that verified everything he told me.  They also sold me an enzyme to maintain the drain.

He was under some pretty terrible weather conditions and did a lot of extra work to get the garage done before our move in December.

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!"
