"Went extremely well. We met Karen at the Kingsport Home Show at Meadowview Convention Center. We had our bathroom remodeled by a previous Bath Planet franchisee and when I tried to contact them about my dissatisfaction, I could not reach anyone. They appeared to have gone out of business. That was about 3-4 years ago and I had given up.
