They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

Based on our previous experience we contacted Darrell again for the remodeling of the master bathroom. They offered excellent ideas as to improvements, and did an excellent job. They replaced the vanity top with granite, installed new cabinets, removed the old tub & shower, and installed a new complete walk in shower, replaced window, and installed new tiled floor. Started on date as promised, took longer than expected, but did have people here everyday, but took longer for custom glass shower enclosure than expected.
