Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

I don't have to prep anything for him. If I want to paint a room, he'll come and take everything off the walls. He does a good job prepping and he cleans up and puts everything away. The room is always nicer than before he came in. He's considered pricey but I think he's more than worth it."
