My insurance company determined that it was caused by settling instead of any kind of storm damage, so they were unable to help me with the repairs. He has done the repair work to the sagging rafters himself and my ceiling is now strong and level again. His sheetrock crew is scheduled to complete the job of replacing the ceiling on the day after tomorrow, l Jordan will return to do the painting as soon as they are through with the sheetrock work."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
