"Email problem and received prompt response. Date and time was established and service technician arrived on time. Replacement parts were need and were promptly obtained. Repair was completed and I now do not have a dripping shower head. Service tech was very professional, courteous and followed COVID-19 protocols. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the process."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"I have never dealt with this company but on November 9th 2024, I was in Arizona on vacation and I noticed a charge on my card from this company. Like I said I don't even know who this company is. I don't live anywhere near berks county pa. I don't understand why this would happen and I am quite annoyed"
