If you just want to flip your house for a profit, do not hire him. If you want to find out what problems are hidden in your walls, attic and foundation, hire him, and pay him to fix the additional problems he may find. He is innovative and will find solutions if you let him, always at a fair price. He is establishing a client base, and may not be available to everyone in the future. Attic Insulation Install: Mr. Juan Montoya will not only insulate your attic but also identify any areas where pests are entering and will identify problems with moisture or attic ventilation.
