"I requested Cesar (with Anthony Plumbing) come back to do a toilet installation because he had recommended a replacement the last time he was here. I felt he was professional, and knowledgeable, and now that the installation is complete, my confidence in Cesar's ability was justified. I have used Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling for years.
