"They came to inspect my old faucet and determined that it would be more cost effective to replace the old with a new Faucet. The technician brought a Moen product guide and helped me choose the new faucet. He listened very carefully to my needs and I chose the faucet that most clearly met my needs. He didn’t charge me for that service call. The next day his office called to set up an appointment to install the faucet I had chosen. I was given a slot and told the installation would take about an hour. On the day of the appointment, the installer arrived about 20 minutes early. He installed the faucet in 25 minutes and gave me an invoice for the cost of the faucet and a minimum of the cost of labor…$135/hour. He left my kitchen in pristine order and took away packing debris. He was polite and helpful."

"My undermount kitchen sink fell in on itself and I was not finding any contractor that would touch and undermount sink. Juan was more than willing and capable. It was a difficult task due to I wanted to replace the sink with a single bowl going from a dual bowl. The new sink was a challenge due to it being it slightly larger and deeper. The cabinet also was challenge, due it being a little small for the new sink as well, so he had to modify it, but it when he put it back together, it was like it never happened. He was able to remove the old sink, install the new sink, and update the plumbing for the single bowl as well. I could not be happier!"
