"After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. "Mark was on time with the bid and completion of the project was completed in less time than estimated. Mark did some of the work, but the tile was done by one of his subcontractors, Jason. We could not be happier with the final result. The work area was always left tidy, and all debris was hauled away. "The job lasted 4 days very fast and professional. the guys showed up when they said they would and worked very hard.  i emptied my kitchen cabinets before they came and then they taped paper over the insides and the hinges.  I  had not picked a paint color the day they arrived and brian went to the store and bought some samples which he applied to a cabinet for me to choose from.this was very helpful and i love the final color which is a shade  of grey.  The molding Brian chose for our flooring looks so nice we asked him to give us a price for crown molding to go round the tops of the rooms to match.
This was our first major renovation and overall am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Protek to neighbors and friends and would also have them back to do other work in my home.
The guys also moved all my furniture and covered it to protect it from  dust and paint then when they were finished put the little felt pads on my heavy stuff to protect the new floors which we provided."
