Mr. Hollis gave a fair quote for the work to be done and stuck to his quote after he finished. There were no surprise charges. When he arrived, he started working on the toilet. He kept his area clean while he worked. There was not a lot of tools or trash scattered around. His work was professional. He also had a professional attitude and answered all questions.
