He promptly (next day) inspected my roof and provided a very reasonable quote. The work was scheduled within only a few days, and his team showed up ready exactly as promised. The roof project started at 7:30 in the morning and finished around 3:30 in the afternoon. He personally supervised the roof job. When the roof was done the crew took good care to thoroughly clean up around the house. In the end Mike even took off 100 dollars from my bill for paying in full. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
