"We contacted Marcelo Xavier about having our floors refinished. He came the next day to appraise the situation and within 24 hours had a work-up and an estimate for us. He is professional and courteous. We could not be there for the work, so he was on his own. He e-mailed us pictures as the work progressed and called us to reassure us that all was going well. On top of that, he did it days before 4th July weekend allowing us to have our BBQ on our newly Reno Deck! He is a must hire for deck repairs/installations and any other repairs around the house. They went above and beyond what was stated by not only paining the repaired part of the fence, but the rest of it to make sure it all matches. Also his electrician was top notch!
