At the beginning, the office staff always informed me of every step involved in getting the permit approval from the City of Cooper City. Gary, as the owner, always was available to answer my questions at any time. The crew , supervisors and those responsible for delivering the materials at the job site worked syncronized, as a real team. Last but not least, no money was required to pay up front!
