"The technician did the work on the front of the house. He shut off the main water to do this job. Once he finished I came outside and he showed me his work, showed me that the water was back on again (through the hose) and left. I went inside the house and realized there was no water running on the kitchen, fridge master shower, one sink in the master bathroom, and laundry. The only place with water was the smaller bathroom near the entrance. I called Florida Green Plumbing right away and the technician came back. He came inside the house and after checking all the areas where there was no water he said that when the main water is shut off and then turned back on, sediment can get into the pipes and block them. Then he wrote me another quote ($2,640) to solve the blockage problem. He contacted his supervisor on the phone who told him he was pretty sure replacing all the parts listed on the new estimate should solve the problem. But, if it didn't, they would have to do a flush of the whole system which would cost around $9,000. The very next day I contacted another plumbing company (recommended by Angie). I explained the problem, they told me that Florida Green probably failed to flush the water before letting it run through the pipes. I called Florida Green and they sent two other technicians to look at the problem. They didn't really offer a solution they only said it was "an easy fix". They never acknowledge that they may have done something wrong nor offered to do the job at a discounted cost. I hired the second company to do the repairs that Florida Green quoted me at $2,640. They have found wet pieces of cardboard stuck inside the pipes which is not "sediment"."

Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."

"If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. Cancelled their appointment the first time, the second time—they no-showed/no call. Nick claims he was in the hospital, wished him well and was glad he was feeling better and he rescheduled for a third time. Again, no showed/no call. He claims he’s a professional company, but doesn’t run the business or portray himself as one. He has cost us a lot of time and money. Beware!"

"Vic started off well. On time, friendly and listened. Provided a quote and we got started. Then he would not call or email and just showed up to work. Hey, please coordinate. Then would only do parts and started and partially did a few portions and then gaps without any communication. We had weeds and he suggested sod (expensive) since we had so much weed. Instead of prepping it (weed kill and till) he just laid sod on top and weeds grew through. They built some simple drains but they failed and caused erosion. He disappeared for 2 weeks. Had to hire others to finish."
