Once I gave him the okay his team was out here by monday afternoon at 1pm. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. The new water heater works like a charm and thanks to jeff and his teams quick reponse I didnt skip a beat. Affordable water heaters saved me time, money, and stress. They called after the services were performed and asked when they would receive their money, this was before I had even received a bill. Felt that they were rushing me through the inspection due to wanting payment for the job. They didn't split the lines for the two separate tenants, so hot water was going to both apartments from the water heater which was only hooked up to one apartment. When I called to have this fixed, they stated that I should have told them this prior to the work and they were going to charge me like a new customer to come out and get it repaired.
