Kevin contacted me and came the next morning to assess the issue and diagnose that it was due to our gutters needing a replacement. "I had 6 other contractors to come out and give me an estimate. He was the only one that was really personable, He gave me a direct estimate on replacing and cleaning out dryer vent and repairing shingles. All the other guys wanted to replace the whole roof.
