They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."

"For the work we wanted, John explained that it was too small of a job for him to do and that it would cost quite a bit more if he did do it compared to us reaching out ourselves. But even after he said this, he spent almost an hour with us discussing our plans and giving great advice about countertops and ideas about changes to make. He is very knowledgeable and it was awesome that he was willing to spend time with us even though he knew he wasn't going to do the job. There is always a chance that we might expand our plans and if so, he will be the first one we consider."
