"Donald was AMAZING. I purchased a home from a builder that was listed as a four bedroom, but when I inspected the home prior to closing, I realized it was a three bedroom with a bonus room. "We are very pleased with the job Modern Concrete did for us . Nick responded ,bid the job and had his crew on the job exactly on the day and time He said he would. Excellent hard working crew ,they removed countless yards of dirt flooring, spread it out exactly where we wanted it . They delivered the base rock , spread it , packed it and used their laser level to achieve the correct slope and grade cleanly matching up to existing concrete leaving no trip hazards.This was 60 x 40 dirt floor , a 34 yard pour in Horseshoe Bend,ID in January. His crew made it look easy. They picked up after themselves and returned two days later, snapped lines and made all the necessary saw cut joints.We hope to build in the spring and look forward to having Nick and Modern Concrete and Modern Landscape bid on our foundation and flat work ..Excellent work!"

"Tried several contractors, these guys are the best. Great communication, detailed contact prior to starting outlining scope of work, so we knew we were on the same page with everything that needed to be done. Extremely hard working, kept to schedule even though we threw some curve balls their way. Knowledgeable, remedied previous contractors mistakes in structural additions. Very fair and honest, went above and beyond to change several things that we changed throughout the process. Fair price and good, transparent accounting of materials and costs. They do it all, structural, shelving, electrical, paint.. and anything they did not have immediate expertise in, Rus had a guy or two we got quotes from (tile, etc.). "I wanted two separate projects. We wanted them to do some work in our kitchen moving one of the base cabinets and the  refrigerator. and then another one was to build a rood over our small patio. His bids were inline with the other bids I received. when he was here he didn't seem all that professional. he did some basic measuring, but when he gave me an estimate there was nothing written down. He didn't break out labor, materials or parts for the job. labors materials or parts of the job. the impression i had when he was here was everything was off the cuff. I realize he got good reviews on Angie's List, it's why I called him. <br /> If he took more details notes and measurements and asked more questions about exactly what I wanted. We stood in the kitchen and backyard and talked about it and he didn't write anything down."

"Chris was referred to us by a trusted friend to turn two of our bedrooms into a small apartment. One of the bedrooms was converted into a living area with a kitchenette. Chris did an amazing job installing the cabinets and countertop. His subcontractors that did the flooring and plumbing for kitchen sink did a great job as well. Chris also cut an exterior door and added an interior door to separate from the main house. All of the work Chris did was exceptionally well done. He was always here when he said he would be and got the job done in a timely manner. His communication was on point. When this job was done we asked Chris to also put cabinets in our laundry room and change out our countertop. Another project done very well! Price point for both projects were very reasonable. Would highly recommend Chris and his team for any project, big or small."
