"Modern Landscape recently installed new landscaping in front of our office building. We already had a plan which included a natural boulder water feature, dry river rock beds, stone benches, 3 trees as well as many grasses and perennial wildflowers. The finished landscape is amazing as they turned our plan into a reality! They are a busy company, so we did have to wait a few weeks for an opening in their schedule. We recognize that landscapers are at the mercy of weather and suppliers, which were especially impacted during the pandemic, so I would recommend patience and flexibility. When our project finally began, the crew kept to their 3 day time estimate and worked as a team to complete tear out and removal, stone placement, planting, drip lines, and mulch. The trees they brought are gorgeous! They were careful with the details that make a difference, like placing the stone benches on a slight, but unnoticeable, angle so water will run off and not puddle on the seats. "Gail built an enclosed patio for my sister, and the quality is far beyond what we expected. We originally planned on a simple vinyl enclosure, but Gail’s price for a solid-walled, insulated room was comparable to vinyl and much lower than another solid-wall bid we received. We were out of state but Gail communicated clearly the entire time. His detailed plans made the permitting process quick, and he handled tricky parts of the project, including coordinating around the home’s solar panels.
