"Getting work done on an island can be very concerning. It can be costly and even more so difficult to even find help because you have to have a means of not only getting out to the home on an island but getting the materials out there can be a battle. Jason and his workers took care of everything and even though we haven't physically been able to get over there ourselves, we have seen plenty of photos that they took and provided to us, but we have other's who are out there that relayed what a good job they did. I'm sure that when we do get out there that if there are any concerns, Epic Home Improvements LLC will take care of them. Mark"

"We originally hired them to do some work with the toilet in the Master Bath which they accomplished in record time. We were informed that the pipes used in our house were substandard and prone to leaking so we decided to have the whole house re-piped as well as replacing the Hot Water Heater and all new shut off valves. They completed the job in two days. The staff were very courteous and professional. Part of the job was to repair the drywall that had been cut open all over the house. NOTE: It does NOT include repainting the drywall, you are on your own for that. My hearing must have been bad when they were quoting the project. The drywall repair guy came the next day, which happened to be a Friday. He repaired all of the holes and did an outstanding job. This is where things got frustrating. In order to repair piping they had to remove the Refrigerator and the dishwasher so they were just pushed out of the way in the kitchen. While the refrigerator was plugged in, it was not hooked up to a water supply. When we asked the drywall guy when they would return to re-install both of those appliances he said they would be there on Monday morning. While it was inconvenient to have to wait for the weekend not much we could do about it. So Monday came and went with no word from Aztec Plumbing. Most of Tuesday went by and still no word. So I called the office and got passed around a couple of times and finally was given to someone who told me that it wouldn't be until Friday before they could reconnect the appliances. This was unacceptable that it would take a week to come and reconnect two appliances which would be a 15 minute job and if I hadn't been in a wheelchair I would have done it myself. So to re-cap: Very good job. Very good employees. Very poor communication and poor customer service once they were basically done with the job and had already gotten paid. So, yes I would recommend them as the work they do is outstanding, but make sure you completely understand the scope of what they are quoting and a specific timeline."

His showroom in Fort Myers really helps, as he can put together all of the tiles, granite colors, cupboard wood choices, etc. so that you can really put together a spectacular home - right out of a home and garden magazine. He has worked with his main contractor for over ten years, Mike is very detail oriented and does a great job. He does under-estimate the time needed for some jobs, but he was willing to work long hours to meet our deadline. We opened up our kitchen wall and moved the washer dryer location down, this involved moving plumbing and electricity. We re-tiled the foyer, office, bathroom and kitchen.  Completely gutted the bathrooms and kitchen, added tiled shower in master bath and tiled tub area in the guest bath, new counters, cabinets in the kitchen.  We got 5 bids, Jeff was not the cheapest, right in the middle, but I don't think we could have gotten a better job done."
