"Came promptly. Did not give good explanation or followup"

"Larry the appliance repair technician who owns Able business was promptly on time. He diagnosed my out of order electric clothes dryer using his appliance repair knowledge and technical skills. Larry determined that the cost to repair dryer was more than half the price of a new dryer. He determined the dryer was 10 years old. Paying for the parts and labor was 1 option that he offered me or I could scrap the dryer and put the repair cost to a replacement new dryer. As the dryer was 10 years used, we paid Larry for his diagnosis charge which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Larry’s services as he diagnosed the situation quickly and we did a cost analysis to repair or replace the dryer. He is a very patient and kind man. I recommend Larry to service your home appliances. He also has quick, efficient access to major appliance parts suppliers. He provided us great service with a smile! Not too many good appliance repair technicians of Larry’s experience and expertise."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Friendly, neat and professional men that came and did a great job from troubleshooting the issue, ordering parts and installing. All done within a week. Would use them again and highly recommend their services."

"Bauhaus Construction came to our home to look at renovating a second bathroom and kitchen.  He stated he was uncomfortable with the size of the bathroom and what we wanted.  We understood.  He promised he would get back to us with his decision within a day or two.
In respect to the kitchen, Bauhaus Construction led us to believe he could do what we were asking of him.  New counter top, backsplash, and refinish the cabinets.  He also promised to provide us with several websites for us to look at for other materials.  Several days passed and we received nothing, I called him and was told he had sent us an email with the information talked about.  Monday, July 8, I received an email from Bauhaus Construction stating, "i do appreciate you contacted us for your renovation needs. After thinking and talking with the building department, I?m going to pass on this job sorry about that.
sincerely
oliver"
My husband and I were stunned as there was really no explanation.  I immediately reached out to him through email to better understand their decision, and it became ugly.  During his second email, he quoted us a price of $9,500.00 to do the kitchen.
I am uncomfortable with Bauhaus Construction and would not recommend them."

"I am very pleased with the service I received from Advantage Appliance! The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled, and the customer service is excellent. Reuben worked so hard to get my stubborn old dryer working again, and was so pleasant, even after tackling a difficult job at the end of a long day. As a result, it's running as good as new! I'd definitely call them again, and recommend them to anyone! :)"
