"Great customer service and got everything done in a timely manner"

"It was a great experience. Otis Taylor is a hardworking Christian man. I had several repair projects (none urgent) & he came to the house & looked at everything & sent me a quote shortly afterwards. He was working on a big project at the time so we agreed he would come to my house when he was available & it would be a WIP. He always called/texted me before he came. All of his team were friendly & respectful & knowledgable, too! Shout out to Chris(topher) for a great conversation! I offered to pay him at the end of each task but he said we would wait until the end! He even changed a recessed light for me, which was awesome bc I am older & don’t do ladders.😉 Then he told me to call anytime I needed something done……even to change a light! AND I WILL BE CALLING HIM IN THE FUTURE"
