The option I chose was agreed to but couldn't be implemented due to configuration of pipe, while disappointing, the price quoted for this option was used as baseline for option that could be done. Additional time was taken by Mr. Rooter team to review appropriate option to be implemented. Permits were obtained in short order and the work done. Several appointments were required and all were kept on time. The Mr. Rooter employees were polite, professional and committed to providing the best possible solution. If the need arises, I would use their services again and recommend them to others as well.
