"Wes and his team saved us from a terrible situation! We recently had our bathroom completely redone by a contractor who we didn't really know, and the work wasn't done well. We called in Wes, having worked with him several years ago to tile our kitchen, and he came by to take a look. Thank goodness he did! After his initial assessment, he knew right away that our "new" shower was likely leaking, and that there were multiple issues with both the tile and the structure of the shower itself. "Disasterous is putting it mildly. The stone was cut very crooked, had to have Phil one of the owners come get it and take it back to shop. The stone and the backsplash was completely crooked I have multiple pictures. Beware of Alicia & Laura they both lie to cover their stories. Trying to speak to one of the 3 owners is like trying to have lunch with the Pope! Impossible. Alicia and Laura keep you from speaking to them. I am still awaiting a call from their plumber Peter who is supposed to come fix my leaking pipes for a 3rd visit. I ordered this stone on Oct 17th, I have 3 pages of typed info of all my communications and what has happened to date.....today is 1/12/18 and I still have a leaking pipe . This was a very small job, The stone was approx 50"x 22".....I think 3 months is ridiculous. After I had to chase them down after 3 weeks to fix the stone when they told me they would take care of it right away, they came and installed it and the sink was not attached to the stone on one side! They will not return my emails, also because Alicia and Laura are stopping them from getting to Phil I'm sure. I'm very dissappointed.
