After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "Stuart Gregor with Stuart HVAC showed up on time and conducted a tune-up on my AC System.  Stuart was very courteous, professional when he showed up at my home.  He did a thorough job checking out my A/C system.  With the weather being in the 100 degrees I wanted to make sure my system was in fine working order.  I am very happy with service that Stuart HAVC performed on my A/C system.  I will use this company in the Fall to check my heating system for the Winter.

"My gas stove continuously kept clicking and we couldn't turn it off.  We unplugged the stove and called appliance fix.  They came out the same day and surprisingly the problem was not occurring anymore when they plugged the stove back on.  He said he could replace the burner but his hunch was that water had dripped on the burner and had caused the problem.  He told me next time to just unplug, clean the burner and then turn on.  He was fare and didn't automatically offer to replace burner. I did have to pay $75 fee for them to come out.  I will use this company again.

"A#1 air technician did the spring tune up perfectly. No complaints about the quality of the work. However, there is quite a bit of upselling that I do not like. They recommend some systems that may or may not improve the overall efficiency of the compressor. And they try to cross sell other services like Electrical safety check. Also, my neighbor had a very large price quote for an AC Capacitor replacement with A#1 air - and when he called the supervisor, they were able to reduce the price down to a more realistic one. This to me is an orange flag. "
