"Great service and attention to detail. I have had a few of their guys out over the years and they’ve always taken great care of the fireplace and chimney and been extra crest with my tile roof, which can be finicky."

"Amazing experience...full inspection show the chimney hadn't been used much so no sweep was performed. They informed me of how to use our smaller chimney safely and for how long before a sweep was needed. It was easy to schedule, he showed up on time, and was super professional and thorough. The company even sent a thank you note for our business!"

"We have used Weathermaster Roofing several times over the past 7 years for residential and commercial roofing projects. At the company helm are a father and son team with a true passion for roofing and extensive experience and knowledge for all roof construction issues. There is no problem they can't solve. We have used them for complete roof replacements, major and extensive roof repairs for leaks, replacement of roof skylights, and remediation and repair of commercial roofs. Their repairs stand the test of time and their new roof installations are of the highest quality construction and materials. They have very strict standards that they adhere to for function and aesthetics. In roofing it's what's underneath that counts, and Chris and CJ Wilder are perfectionists in their attention to all the details that go into engineering a tightly constructed roof. The quality of workmanship has always been excellent and they never cut corners. They are the most honest, ethical company we have ever worked with. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't up-sell. They recommend only what is truly necessary. For leaks in existing roofs, they are true experts in finding and diagnosing the problem and solving it in the most intelligent and cost effective way. For new roof replacements, the quality of their work and materials is apparent when you first view all the steps included in their detailed construction bid, but it's not just the attention to detail, but how they deliver on those details that sets them apart from other companies. For example, this year they did a complete roof replacement which included replacement of 100 lineal feet of fascia boards. We expected with that amount of board replacement to have a fair amount of stucco patching, but they removed the boards so cleanly that there was only one very small spot that had to be patched. They primed and painted all 6 sides of each newly installed board prior to installation to prevent future rot. The old underlayment was completely removed so that the roof diaphragm could be thoroughly inspected and all areas repaired before installing new double layers of underlayment. There's nothing better than feeling confident that the very bottom foundation layers of your new roof are sound and secure from the start. They use premium caulk and pay a lot of attention to make sure all the joints and gaps are caulked for a tight installation. When an unexpected windstorm developed during construction, Chris returned on a Sunday to ensure that the roof-in-progress was secure for the storm. Every project they've ever done has always been with the same attention to detail using the best materials and craftsmanship. Over the years they have established an excellent track record and we feel they are the best in town for roofing. There may be a wait to schedule with them, but they are definitely worth the wait."

"Originally, my son located and hired Luna's Chimney Sweep to have the fireplace serviced after Who knows how long it's been, as a Christmas present for me. Pedro and Carlos came out. They found no problems except for signs of a leak/drip-marks in chimney. Luna's gave a quote for the leaking roof/chimney to my son but said to check with a roofer for the work as a roofer might do the repair for less. I called a roofer and the quote I received was breathtaking (although the work to be done was very thoroughly noted). I stuck with Luna. Called them to ask if they'd honor the quote, then called again for the service date. Carlos Luna showed up right on time, put on shoe covers before he came in the house, thank you very much. While he was at it, I mentioned that the dryer vent had never been cleaned. (The vent comes out on the roof.) And he also had a look into the heating system. The heating ductwork was recently replaced (old asbestos ducting), so I wasn't worried about that, but had never changed any filters. (and quot;Filters? It has filters <strong>and</strong> duct work? Oh yeah, that makes sense.and quot;) <br /> Carlos put the C-clamp in the chimney (it insures that there is always a slight opening in the flu in case of gas leak). Next, he took care of the dryer, blew or sucked all kinds of lint out the pipe on the roof, then sucked more out from the dryer and vaccumed around the machine. The chimney flashing was last and sealed in a and quot;flash.and quot; Turns out I can replace the furnace filters myself. In all, quick work, perfectly pleasant and responsible person. I'll find out later if the chimney still leaks IF we get any rain. <br />"

"Gary was  prompt and professional for each appointment.  On the initial appointment, he patiently answered all my questions, provided a good selection of products to choose from, and gave a quote for services.  The day of service, Gary prepped & painted the inside of the fireplace as well as all hardware on the doors.  For the finishing touches, he installed a new burner and fire glass.  When he left the area was clean and ready to be enjoyed.  My boring, outdated gas fireplace is now updated, and looks great!!!  I'd hire Gary again. <br />"

"We bought a new house recently and the first time we used the fireplace, it made our house smell like smoke. After perusing Angie's List, I called Craig, who promptly called me back and despite it being around the holidays, we set an appointment for a few days later. Craig showed up as promised and the overall experience was very pleasant. He is exceptionally professional, he definitely knows his trade and he did a great job. Moreover, you can just tell he is about as honest as they come. Craig also took the time to explain to me how to operate the gas log lighter and how to mitigate any future smoke issues. This is definitely the man you want to hire! <br />"

"When we moved in to our 1991 home, the new gas dryer wouldn't heat. A check of the manual indicated that there was probably a blocked vent. We contacted Abetter Vent Cleaning, and they came the same day. The technician discovered that the outside vent cap was jammed into the vent. With our permission, he cut the cap off. He cleaned the vents (clearly something the previous owners had neglected). He quoted a reasonable price for the vent cap repair, but we chose not to have it done that day. <br /> We had him return last week to fix the outdoor vent cap. We were contacted to see if we wanted him to come a few days earlier than scheduled, so we had service earlier than expected. He had to cut into the stucco to remove the old, broken unit. His replacement and repair was completed quickly, and looks very neat. The dryer is now working and venting correctly. <br /> Pros: <br /> - They responded to phone calls quickly and professionally. <br /> - The two times we've used their services, they've been on time and had all of the required tools and parts. <br /> - The technicians performed the jobs efficiently. <br /> - They clean up any mess, and leave the house as clean as it was when they arrived. <br /> - <br /> While they are probably not the least expensive vendor, they do the quoted work in a reasonable length of time for the quoted price. <br /> Cons: <br /> None for the work we have had done. <br />"
