He pointed out the poor job my Home Warranty plumber did on the water heater installation (poor soldering, water leak, chamber on wrong water line.)"

In our case, the waterheater had been leaking in the garage and before he left he swept up and wiped down everything. In a word, he's thorough :) And he's pretty quick... especially considering he wrestles those waterheaters all on his lonesome!
