"Most contractors are more than willing to do so as they know that their reputation is on the line...This one was not. There refused to return and correct the items that were not installed correctly. Clients called, agents called and I called. The wood beams were inatsalled with sheet metal screws and shanks. they were set on the mid column with no fasteners effectively securing the load bearing beams. One was about to fall when we left."
