"We needed to renovate our 30-year-old pool surfaces. We had a pebblecrete finish on our pool. We received quotations from 3 different vendors. We could not have been happier with our choice of Coastal Pool Renovations. From our initial contact to pick a new pebbleTec finish and tile to the finished project everyone was here when they said they would be. Coordination of the arrival of materials, personnel and the water truck to fill the pool was exemplary. We received daily project phone call updates and were able to also communicate by text to ask questions we had. Our project took only a day and a half. I am sure this is not the norm but we had a break in the rains and they took advantage of it. We got a new pebbletec finish. new surround tile, highlight tiles on the steps and swim out and a new color changing pool light. "Colonial pools and Spa did a great job resurfacing and re tiling our pool! Jack and Mike are fantastic to work with they were out there every day checking on the progress . We also had to get a new skimmer the old one was cracked.. They also changed our pool from chlorine to salt water. We are so happy with the service and communication we changed our weekly pool service over to them. Call Mike and Jack w/ Colonial if you have any work needed on your pool. "

"As a continuation to my review limited by verbage allowed... The I suppose owners Tony and Justin deflected blame to my pool company even tho the pool didn't leak prior to their reno. The resurfacing is not right. They sent their own inspector for a lame diagnosis which was followed for treatment that changed nothing with the finish issue. They would NEVER provide the waranty as I believe they did not use approved subs. The surface is supposed to be warrantied for life.... where's the warranty?? They take no interest in customer satisfaction or their quality. It's about getting in and out for the money. They proved they we not able to fix the leak after I had to hire Rhino to find it, then fix it, and my pool company to fix the pop up's and clean lines and finish spa caps. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!"
