From my initial meeting with Kevin & throughout the resurfacing process it has been very positive. Kevin is straight forward, provides helpful recommendations & gave a competitive estimate at our initial meeting. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. "Very pleased with EcoWater Systems. Marcus came out to our house to explain our options based on our water quality. We have very hard water, which we knew, so we didn't qualify for the water softener that was only $1200.00, however, he still had a coupon for several hundred dollars off of another system. We had already shopped for systems and knew this was a fair price. We felt he gave an honest presentation and was not a hard sell or pushed us to up-sell, which we liked. He did offer additional  products and services but when we decided against them, he did not push us. The installation was scheduled two days later (per our schedule, he could have had it next day). The installer, Dave, was very professional. He clearly explained the process prior to the start, cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished, and gave a very good brief explanation of the product and what we would need to do (which turns out to be nothing because their route maintenance is extremely reasonable and we signed up for it). We have only had the system for one day but everything they told us worked just as expected. I saved some water from the tap prior to the install to compare with after the install and the difference was amazing! So far, we can already tell the difference in drinking quality, laundry and showers. The fact that the regeneration water is beneficial to our yard (potassium) is just one more added benefit! I would definitely recommend the company and the product.

"This is a footnote to my previous review, which I've been meaning to write and am finally getting around to... Unfortunately, after the job was finished and I posted my review, my pool technician noticed metal staining in the pool, due to screws and metal fly away that had fallen in during the re-screening job. This was because many of the old screws had to be sawed off. In hindsight, if they had covered the pool before working on the screening, this could've been prevented. I have to have my pool acid washed to get rid of these stains which will entail draining the pool. I hope that they will consider taking this precaution in the future. Otherwise, as I said in my last review, they were very good."

"We contacted Pure Pool service and they came out right away and looked at the pools we have and gave us a quote and a recommendation on some minor things that need to be fixed (like a new filter, etc.). We were impressed with their professionalism and with their responsiveness. My husband chose to use the company that our neighbor uses, but we will definitely keep this company in mind. It appears to be well-run and organized.
