"I really appreciate that Denise in the office takes time to chat with me & explain how their service works.  Whenever I call, she makes me feel that my business is wanted and she's friendly & helpful. She spends time with me on the phone, as though I was their only customer. From my first contact with her, I really felt gathered into the Sweetwater Pool family.  That's the reason I left my former pool maintenance company - they did not communicate with me, even when I had a problem and asked them to call me.  They flat out didn't.  Clearly, my business didn't matter to them. But Denise, from the first time I called, made me feel welcomed and valued.  She's a true asset to the company.  I think if she were to communicate with me less (and I only call about every 6 months or so), I would change companies.

"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

"To me this truly was an emergency Pool issue as I was losing water out of my pool and lost about 2 inches total in a short time and could not get the leak to stop. This young man Ryan was awesome and he came right away like a Pool paramedic. ! Ha! And his price was very reasonable and I so appreciate having a good honest young man like this! He’s very intelligent and he knows what he’s doing. While he was here, my neighbour also hired him to Repair a problem with their pool solar system, that would not shut off. I highly recommend Ryan! Thank you!"

They continue to be very courteous and were especially open to answering all my questions as a new pool owner. I love the fact that each week I receive an email report of their services performed. This is a company that one can trust to not only deliver what they promise, but to provide unmatched customer service!"

"I've been using Independent A/C for about 5 years now and have always been very pleased with their service and business ethics. They show up on time, are always friendly and professional, and always give me an honest opinion of our systems condition. Not once has anyone from Independent A/C tried to upsell me parts or services and that's a business ethic that I really appreciate."
