"Absolutely top marks for customer service. Job entailed putting in i-beams and jacks (SMARTJACK SYSTEM) to stabilize back of house where pier and beam foundation was failing. Job was flat rate $7K. Workers found one floor joist not to spec and replaced it - no extra charge. Workers found they needed an additional beam and jack and installed them - no extra charge. Part of the understanding was that they come back and readjust jacks after another contractor finished replacing rotted beams. When I called the supervisor who did the job, he immediately took charge of the call, that is, he did not say "not my job" or "call this number," but said he'd reach out to the home office and I should expect a call from them -- that call came within 2 hours. EXCELLENT customer service all around."

We explained that we were going out of town soon and he managed to get the work done that day .when the two gentlemen arrived to repair our driveway they were very friendly and courteous they explained what had to be done and moved right along to fix the issue .one slab of our driveway had sunk about two inches. The process they used was totally amazing you could never tell that it had sunk.when they were done they cleaned everything up and asked if we were satisfied and we definitely were.I definitely would recommend APD.The warranty is great,the price was right and the quality of the work was excellent very professional and friendly to deal with.great company from start to finish"
