Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"Curtis, the second generation of this company was very professional and thorough in our estimating searches. The main reason we went with them one it’s family owned too. It’s local and three gave us the best price out of the five quotes that we got. The whole project from start to finish was done very well by the company and his workers. "I would hire again, want to say that first. But I tend to review throughly and frankly. The project took longer to both get started and to complete than quoted. The start date was apparently complicated by things beyond control, but that wasn’t helpful to my situation. Jason had no problem getting me the brand of shingle I wanted. Clean up was ok and plant protection was ok, perhaps a balance- I am still picking things up, but would rather do that than have more plantings stomped. That is a communication thing, I feel. I called them back for a rotting eave, that they repaired at no additional charge. I appreciated that, but I understood that they would look for and repair any problems they found. I got the impression that they felt it was not really part of the roof, and I understand both opinions. The crew was courteous and friendly, the roof is beautiful and does not leak and I would hire again."

"I had Metropolitan do my house roof a year ago and thought they did such a great job, I decided to have them add a metal roof to my outbuilding/shop. My main reason for the metal was due to fallen needles and branches not easily sliding off the asphalt shingles. I was not disappointed in this companies' performance. They came in a little less expensive than other quotes, which pleased me. They removed the old asphalt shingles, cleaned up at end of every day, and was on the job from start to finish. Communication was very good from front office to the workers. Metropolitan utilizes a customer portal which explains scheduling and cost status during the job. I was very impressed with this type of communication. There was also plenty of phone calls and e-mails to maintain timely project status of issues and questions. "I think this company is excellent. My review is way overdue, so apologies there. But when my flat roof was leaking water into my hallway, they, unlike other roofing companies I contacted, told me they would work in an immediate temporary repair. True enough, by that evening, the repair was done. The company finished their current job and then squeezed in my project after working it out with their next customer. So within I believe a week of my emergency, I had a new roof on. Truly great people to work with, from explaining the bid to me and communicating on daily progress. I have 4 different roof levels and have replaced the others at various points using 2 other roofing companies. Three Trees is the only roofing company I would hire again.
