"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Everyone was professional and efficient - from sales to installment to follow up. I was thoroughly impressed! Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."

I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
