"I’m thankful Carter Bros was my choice through Angi’s list. The oven portion of my gas range suddenly quit working. Bill came out the same day and was thorough and professional. He was unable to find the source of the failure and said it could be the motherboard and it could fail again and at that point I’ll need to weigh if the cost of replacing that mother board or replacing the 9 year old range makes more sense. I was only charged $199 and he spent over an hour trying to isolate the failure. I appreciate his honesty and not charging me an exorbitant price. I have saved their contact info and will use them whenever I have an appliance failure and will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends."

"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"Very quick response and service. Was able to diagnose and repair same day."

"Courteous, thorough and prompt. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledgeable and hard working. There were some unusual things about my appliances that required some extra steps. By the time Bold & Short Repairs were done with my appliances, my kitchen was like new! I urge customers to consider his service!"

"Douglas at Rainier provided amazing service. He was able to quickly assess the situation, and then worked to ensure the part was available. He had immediate follow up and completed the repair. What I valued the most was his post repair contact to ensure the appliance was working up to my expectations! Can’t say enough great things about his professionalism. I have recommended his work to many of my friends that were in need of appliance repairs."

"Artem was absolutely fantastic and very professional. He was able to get my oven back up and running just in time. Would absolutely recommend his service!!!"

"After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong. He left the estimate prior to leaving and even called and left a message to say that he left it in a different place than discussed. Professionalism. On the day of the repair everything was handled correctly by two every nice gentlemen. You would never know that a repair had been made as nothing was out of place afterwards and the roof was perfect. Needless to say Home Squad will be getting the job of re-roofing our house when the time comes and I will be referring them to all my friends."

"Brandon was up-front and let me know that my repair on my older washing machine could end up being near the same cost as purchasing a new one, and didn't charge me for the service call to find that out. Appreciate his honesty and absolutely will call on him again the next time we have a repair need!"

"There was some confusion from both my home warranty company and Appliance Repair Specialists concerning whether the two companies had a working agreement or not. Eventually, things got sorted out and the work was completed. This added several days to the time needed to get the repair completed. There was also some confusion on ARS' part about getting parts ordered once the diagnosis was complete. This added a few days as well. The fieldwork itself was quick, efficient and very professional. Brandon stayed in contact with me with updates as they were available. He arrived when he said he would and completed the actual repair in less time than originally estimated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will call on Appliance Repair Specialists should I have need of their services again. My advice to a prospective new customer: verify that your home warranty company actually has a working arrangement with ARS before initiating a repair service. For ARS: When a prospective new customer says they have a home warranty, verify that the warranty company has you in their system and can assign the job to you directly. Mine (2-10) did not, which added time and extra work for all parties to get sorted out."
