"Removal of old fence and Installation was good in May. Some of the boards have warped and there is a gap where the gates close. I was also told I would get a receipt for the labor. I emailed Brian in June and he said he couldn't get with me because he was out of town on another job and he would get back to me. I had to email him again in August and he never returned my email. It is now October and I still have no receipt and the fence has not been looked at. If he is busy I understand, but not replying to my second email is why I am writing this review and it shouldn't take too much time to email me a receipt. Poor customer service is the reason I will not use Big Foot fencing again. Ron"

"We wanted our fence installed on our new house while we were on vacation since we would be moving in once we returned.  Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it poured while we were gone so Kevin had a late start.  The only issue that we had was that once we returned, the date that Kevin gave us for completion was not what was accomplished.  We told Kevin that all he had to do was call us to let us know that it would take a little longer and we would fully understand.  He understood where we were coming from and we had no problems after that.  The fence that we had installed has 6x6 posts and 2x4 railings.  It was a big project and he did an awesome job.  We had to call him last week since the front gate lock was not operating properly and he came right out and fixed it.  We are very happy with the job that Kevin did.

"This is the second time using D&D Fence. 1st time, they installed a new cedar privacy fence for me and did a fantastic job! I moved and the last two storms we had blew down our fence, breaking multiple posts. Because of their previous work, I did not hesitate calling Adrian and D&D Fence. He responded quickly with an on-site estimate and got his crew out to our house with-in a few days. They did a professional and great job! They removed old posts and concrete and left the area clean. "John didn't have the address, but his wife called and I walked over to greet John.  I supplied the base board and paid John for the nails.  I didn't have the right kind of caulk so he supplies what he had on hand.  He measured, cut and installed the base board in the three hours that was paid for.  It really is good looking.

"They did a great job installing the fence. It has 4X4 cedar posts that were put in concrete and added 3 rails. This was important where we live due to high winds. They used 5.5" premium pickets. The fence looks really nice. The best part about this job was the price. We initially asked for quotes from Peak View fencing and Gardner. The Gardner price was significantly below the Peak View fencing price. This was the main reason we chose Gardner. They really did a nice job and the price was right. The project was delayed a couple of weeks from the initial start date because they were behind schedule. Which would have been fine if they would have let me know but I had to call them and ask a couple of times when they would start. After that, they called me and let me know when they were going to start. Even with the delay I am happy we chose them."
