"As a contractor in the area I often find myself in need of assistance or find something that's above my abilities. I am always confident that Midwest will provide quality craftsmanship, be punctual, treat our customers with respect, and be competitive in pricing. It is always a pleasure doing business with Tye and his crew and I highly recommend them!"

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"They did an outstanding job. Frank, the owner was on the jobsite at all times and was available for any questions or concerns I had."

"Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."

"Every question was answered from the beginning, in the middle, and when the job was over with. Turned out we needed extra work different from just waterproofing and it got handled with ease. Such a relief now knowing our basement will not flood or our walls will not continue to cave in."

"Everyone I interacted with were pleasant, polite, helpful, honest and very professional. From the initial sales call, to the finished product, I was well pleased. What a great small company and I would recommend their services to anyone who would like to have their home painted permanentally!"

"He did a very quick and good job of taking down my shed. He also went above and beyond, doing some trimming around the area and gave me good advice on taking care of the land afterwards."
