"My air conditioning stopped working and I called numerous companies in the area but One Choice Mechanical was able to schedule me in the quickest.  The Technician (Joe) arrived within the time window I was told and he was very friendly, respectful and professional.  He went to work looking at my air conditioner and fairly quickly identified the problem which was a bad capacitor in the compressor.  He showed me the old part so I could see where it had gone bad and replaced it.  This solved the problem and I had my air conditioner working again cooling the house.  I thought the price charged ($45 for the new part and $85 for labor) was very reasonable for this service call.  Although I hope I don't need air conditioning service again for a long time, One Choice Mechanical will most certainly be my first call!  Overall, One Choice Mechanical met or exceeded all my expectations for this service.

"Our AC went out on Friday afternoon. The Aire Serv repair tech, came out on Saturday morning and told us what we already knew...that our 21 yr old AC unit needed to be replaced. He gave us some tips to help it limp along until we could have a new unit installed. Bill, the Aire Serv sales rep, met us at our house on Monday. We discussed different equipment and options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood we would be getting quotes from other companies and assured us that his pricing be better. After meeting with three other companies, Bill was proven right. Aire Serv was more than $1000 less expensive than the closest competitor for the same Lennox equipment. We signed a contract with Bill on Tuesday afternoon, with the install scheduled two days later on Thursday! The other companies were 2-4 weeks out on installs. The install team (Richard & Justin) arrived promptly at 9am on Thursday and got straight to work. The removal and install was smooth and painless. They finished up around 5pm and spent an additional 45 minutes explaining how the new equipment worked, how to get the most out of the system, and answering our remaining questions. We went from an old, broken AC unit to a complete high-efficiency HVAC system in less than one week. Thank you Aire Serv!"

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"It was great! Robert came out one day and gave me an estimate and a coupon to install. He told me I should purchase my own sink and faucet, which I did and liked making my own choice. He came back and installed in less than an hour. I did't even know he took the old sink out he was so quiet. He cleaned up and took the old sink away. He was very informative all throughout! He was very personable!"

"We have been maintenance (once a year check on the A/C and once a year check on the furnace) customers for years spending about $200 a year for that service and have always been happy with the service. Our A/C appointment is normally in August however, knowing it is an older unit I called in May and asked if they would go ahead and come out. I was told there was no need and they would call to schedule in August. Well last night the unit went out. Don’t know if the service appointment would have prevented it or not. Called at 8 AM this morning (Wednesday) and was told they could come out Monday afternoon. I feel like 6 days was a little ridiculous even thought I understand it is hot out and I’m sure they are busy so she took my name and left a message for the service manager. I called back at 11:30 and left a second message. At 2 he finally called me back and while he was apologetic he also told me Monday or I could pay the emergency rate $98 for the first half hour and have them come out late Friday or early Saturday (still 3-4 days away). I am giving them a C because up until now we have been happy with their maintenance (and even recommended them to friend) but I question what is the point of being a maintenance member or “preferred” customer if you can’t get them to come out within a day or two when you need them. Will be looking at one of the other providers that value the loyal customers."
