"Their corporate slogan is "Plumbers to the rescue". That held true for me. Initially I called a larger company (their colors are orange and blue). They told me that the entire water pipe needs to be replaced. I did not even inquire about the cost of that. Plumb Medics provided me a second opinion. Their employee Sean did the initial inspection and assured me that this was not needed. This put me greatly at ease. The next day the owner called me and recommended Patriot Leak Detection for pinpointing the location of the leak in order to minimize the extent of the excavation which I did. After Patriot's performed the markout, Plumb Medic returned with a crew of 4. It was hard digging. The pipe was located over 5 feet below the surface. The first two feet were as hard as concrete. However, nobody complained. These guys were totally focused on completing their mission and they did it. I need to add that Patriot accurately identified the leak location. Overall, my impression is that Plumb Medics fixed this severe problem in the most efficient and economical way possible. I am super glad that I chose them."

Bill came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive estimate. They started the following weekday. They arranged for all utility markings and permit, and handled all of the interactions with the utilities and township. They were able to maneuver the new PVC pipe around trees on our lawn so none had to be removed. The work was completed in 3 days total. It would have been completed in 2 days, but one of the utilities did not mark their lines correctly resulting in more work for them, and the township inspector arrived extremely late which delayed them in filling the trench. They worked past 8 pm on two of the days. They came back late one day to clear water that flowed into the trench after a heavy rain. Extremely professional. Super friendly service, and excellent communication throughout the project. They specialize in sewer mains and underground plumbing, and have seen it all. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor!"

In order to get "customer service" after the first problem with the shower, I had to practically make a threat. We had decided to return for the shower because of the quality of the product but after emailing, calling and writing , I still haven't had help for the second problem with the shower stall after more than six months. I'll never go back to them again."
