"I had an excellent experience with Clinton Electric Co. overall and the electrician they sent, Eric Shipley. Communications before the visit were prompt, professional, and geared toward promoting confidence. Electrician was also courteous and professional throughout the visit, provided excellent communications as to expected costs and the diagnostic he was performing, and performed the work quickly and efficiently (tested the wiring, replaced electrical outlets, installed new circuit breaker, and tested to confirm all outlets and the dishwasher were working). Provided email with invoice before leaving the visit. Company communications practices geared toward safety and inspired confidence - dispatcher provided name of electrician before visit; company also texted and emailed photo of electrician prior to visit. Electrician wore mask and followed safe COVID-19 practices. I was very pleased and would use this company again, as well as highly recommend them."

Russell Ridgway was the primary mechanic and he was amazing! His work is superior and he exceeded my expectations every step of the way. For example, I needed electrical outlets to connect install a wet bar. He measured the wet bar and installed the outlets exactly where they were needed and ensured sufficient power was added to accommodate a kegerator and mini-frigs. "They are pricey but worth it because they do get the job done. Be careful because they like to add on to the services while they work. The guy I had he told me he would put everything back which he did but he didn't seal the walls back properly or seal it up the way that it was found. I do like that they have their prices all in a book that they carry. The customer services was good until he was telling me what he was going to do but he didn't follow through. For example, he told me he was gonna seal my light switch up and paint it because he cut too big of a hole in it, he sealed it but it was sloppy and he never painted it. I like the fact he did do what I requested and finished. I would recommend them but only if it's a simple service I need done."
