"My house sits on top of a bluff and when I had some septic work done and they had to cut into the hillside. And with all that rain it became unstable, worrisome at the very least. I called NW Construction and Jesus came that afternoon, appraised the situation, gave me a quote on the costs and began work soon after. He and his crew worked right thru this cold snap. The hillside is now stabilized with a very well built heavy cement block retaining wall that had to be built around the septic tank and septic-field pump. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend Jesus and NW Quality Construction and Hardscape."

We had an unexpected sprinkler line that was in the middle of our excavation area and he took care of that. He also provided the materials for a retaining wall that we hadn't initially planned for, and he added that to the project scope without issue. "Three months ago my father, who thru fifty years of marriage and home ownership had dealt with repairs himself or been the one to do the hiring if a contractor was needed, was diagnosed with dementia. He had to be abruptly placed into a care facility. My mother was emotional and overwhelmed to say the least. Walking through the house, I could see how his health had indeed been slipping: home repairs were started but not finished, areas of upkeep and home maintenance he always stayed on top of in the past had been left to fall into disarray. One of these unfinished repairs was the laundry room washtub. My mother said it had a backed up drain. I could see the piping beneath it was in pieces and that my father had started but never finished repairing it. I found Pacific Crest Plumbing and was immediately impressed. The woman I spoke to on the phone said the owner Nick liked to speak with the customers himself. He would be in touch with me about my project and scheduling. Sure enough, Nick called me back within a few minutes. He could not have been nicer and more understanding of the situation. He asked that I take a few clear pictures, then send them to him so he could provide an estimate over the phone rather than having to charge me to drive out to the house and do a diagnosis. After looking through the pictures, Nick told me exactly what he would recommend doing to repair the tub. He provided written estimates that included both snaking the drain, and not snaking the drain, since I told him I was unsure if my father had done that part of the project yet already. He was able to get us schedule the very next day. I cannot say enough nice things about Nick or Pacific Crest Plumbing."

"FRC Construction removed two crumbling concrete walls and installed two new stone walls, one with a new set of steps to the back yard. They also installed lighting under the capstone, which makes coming home at night a pleasure. They went out of their way to replace the downspouts, hiding them behind the new walls. The downspouts had been draining onto the parking area making it a mess when it rained. That problem was solved. They are very careful and considerate workers. I also hired them to paint our home and they did an excellent job."
