"In a second rental property my wife and I own we had a sewer backup into three of the four units. The bathrooms and parts of the bedrooms were flooded up to about 4" with sewage. After the clean up people came in and addressed the contamination Robert came in to complete the repair work. The work done was to replace two full bathrooms and complete a partial repair on a third as well as the re-drywall and paint in the bedrooms. Robert replaced two vanities and linen closets, found some problems while he was there with the plumbing and fixed it, found a shower was about to fall apart and replaced it, and repaired the drywall and painted. All in under two weeks."
