"Not as well as I hoped. This is my second metal patio cover. The previous cover was done by another contractor whose professionalism and quality were stellar. Tom's was less so by contrast. The bid did not specify what was to be done with the excavated footing soil. As such I was left to dispose of soil. My bad, I should have addressed it. However, I cannot help but feel a professional company would have brought up my lack of foresight. Tom's company seems to sell the job out to an installer. This created a communication issue between the 3 of us. The installer was also hurried. Workmanship could also have been better, especially compared to my other cover. I'm not talking about materials. Specifically, cuts, measurements, and installation techniques."

"After a free design for the back yard, I selected Apollo for their reasonable price compared to another company. They did the job very quickly in spite of rain delays. They had different crews for different jobs. One crew took out the turf, front and back yards and filled in the base. Another crew installed the pavers in the back yard after adding sand and compacting the area, A third crew installed the artificial grass. Another person was assigned to finish cleaning up the area. it looks great."

All the extras that others hadn?t mentioned, sealer, plant drip system, front door steps, etc., he included so there were no surprises as the job proceeded.  For any questions or concerns I had, either Jamie or the Project Superintendent Saul promptly returned my calls or met me at the house.  Now every time I turn the corner and see my front lawn, I have a sense of satisfaction that not only am I saving water but also it just looks first class.  If you are planning to re-landscape, be sure to call Savon Pavers.  They do great work.

"He's worked for us for a number of years. He consistently cleans up and mows a steep slope we have in the back. He's also worked on a few hardscape projects. He's worked on the sprinkler system, put in a stucco retaining wall, installed a paver boundary for the grass. He also does landscape lighting! I honestly don't call anybody else for my landscaping work. He's an versatile problem solver, and overall, does excellent work."

"Received several proposals based on a landscape design already prepared. Ali was very knowledgeable about details and was able to revise his proposal on the fly while meeting with us to fit within our budget, while still achieving our aesthetic goals. Work started promptly, and generally proceeded uninterrupted, with only one or two exceptions. As a rule, there was some work done every day, and occasionally a large team showed up to complete a phase of the project before the weekend. All of RES's workers and project manager were very courteous and professional. Some changes were made at our request along the way with reasonable change in cost. Also, some undesirable variations from the plan occurred, but these were promptly corrected upon request. A more formal change order process may have avoided these deviations, but the final product was of excellent, showing obvious pride in work quality, and Ali had many helpful suggestions along the way. Final cleanup currently underway."
